Part of Screen Queensland’s role is to promote Queensland as a location and provider of film services to local, interstate and international producers and directors. Our Image Bank (an extensive photographic record of potential film locations across the State) is an important resource in showcasing attractive and film friendly locations.

Please download the  Location Listing form and send back to us along with images of your property. Once we receive this information back, we can list your property on our database.

When photographing the building and surrounding property, please try to photograph it in its fullest detail – interiors, exteriors, gardens, driveways, views, etc. Any aerial shots you have are also great for our database.  Photographs of the highest resolution are most useful. Please don’t send hard copies of photographs.

If Screen Queensland receives a request for a property similar to yours, we will send the Producer photos of your property minus your contact information. If the Producer is interested in your property we will contact you directly. We may then need to send out a Location Manager to take further photos of your property, or send out the interested Producer with one of our staff or a Screen Queensland appointed Location Manager to scout your property, to confirm the location is suitable. If your property is selected as a film location, we would seek your authority to give the production company your direct contact details to discuss access permission and a location fee (which the production appointed Location Manager will arrange).
